Trusted in Omaha is a MediaSavior property, run by MediaSavior L.L.C. ("we", "us"). These terms apply to trustedinomaha.com and to any request you send through it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the service is

Trusted in Omaha is a referral and matching service: you describe what you need, and we connect you with an Omaha company for it.

Trusted in Omaha is a referral and matching service, not a contractor or licensed provider. We do not perform, supervise or schedule any work, and no business we match you with is our employee, agent or partner. Any agreement you make is between you and that business.

Paid placement. Some businesses pay for placement or referrals, and paid placements may be prioritized in matches. A match is not a recommendation, an endorsement or a ranking of quality.

No guarantee. We don’t guarantee any business’s work. Verify licenses and insurance yourself. We do not check any business's license, insurance, qualifications, prices, reviews or record, and we do not promise that a match will be available, that a business will contact you, or when.

There is no obligation to hire anyone you are matched with.

Your request

• You must be at least 18 to send a request.
• What you send must be true and about a real need of your own, and the phone number and email must be yours or ones you may use.
• You agree that we may pass your request and contact details to the businesses we match you with, as the Privacy Policy describes.
• If you tick the consent box, you agree to be contacted as it says and as the SMS and Contact Terms describe. You can withdraw that consent at any time; it is never a condition of buying anything.

Using the site

Do not send false, abusive or automated requests, or a request in someone else's name; do not try to break, overload or get around the site's security; and do not copy or collect its content or other people's information by automated means. We may refuse or delete any request, and stop matching anyone who breaks these terms.

The site's content

The site's text, design and name belong to MediaSavior L.L.C.. You may read, share and link to its pages for your own use. Information on the site is general and is not legal, financial or professional advice.

Disclaimers

The site and the matching service are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim every warranty, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and any warranty about the work, products, prices or conduct of any business.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything a business you were matched with does or fails to do, for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the site or any match. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about them or the site is heard in the state or federal courts for Douglas County, Nebraska, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

Changes

We may change these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and the terms in force when you send a request apply to it.
