What you agree to
The request form asks you to tick a box beside these words, and will not send without it. The box is never ticked for you.
I agree that Trusted in Omaha and the businesses it matches me with may contact me about my request by phone call, text message and email, including by automated means, at the phone number and email address I gave above. My consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
The siding quiz sets these words under its phone field instead, beside a box you tick to agree to them, and will not send without it:
By submitting, you agree that Trusted in Omaha and the siding company it matches you with may call or text you at this number, including by automated means. Consent is not required to buy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Who contacts you, and about what
- Trusted in Omaha, about your request: to confirm it, to ask a question about it, or to tell you about your match.
- The businesses we match you with, about the work you asked for. Each business is responsible for its own calls, texts and emails.
Contact may be by phone call, text message or email, at the number and address you gave, including by automated means such as an automatic dialer or an automated text. It is about your request, not unrelated marketing.
Text messages
- How often: message frequency varies with your request.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, under your mobile plan. We do not charge for messages.
- To stop: reply STOP to any text. You get one message confirming it, and no more texts from that number.
- For help: reply HELP, or write to contact@mediasavior.com.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share your mobile number or your agreement to receive texts with anyone for their own marketing. We pass your number only to the businesses we match you with, so they can contact you about your request.
Not a condition of purchase
Your consent is not a condition of buying anything, from us or from any business. If you would rather not give it, email your request to contact@mediasavior.com and say how you want to be reached.
Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw it at any time, by any reasonable means: reply STOP to a text, say so on a call, reply to an email, write to contact@mediasavior.com, or use the privacy request form and choose "Stop contacting me". We stop our own contact and stop passing your details to any business. A business we already matched you with keeps its own list, so tell it as well; it must honor your request under the same law.
